- Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day
- Please note orders may be marked as shipped on a weekend however they won't be collected by our courier until Monday
Delivery Rates (UK):
- £3 UK standard delivery (Free over £50) usually takes 3 working days however please allow 5 working days during busier periods
We must be contacted within 48 hours if you have any issues with your order for example an incorrect item etc or if you have received a text message or email from Royal Mail to state your item has been delivered and you can not locate it so we can investigate this with the courier as soon as possible, you can contact us at info@shesins.com
Undelivered items:
It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt we will contact you immediately. If the item has been returned to us, redelivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons
- Incorrect address
- Nobody at the property to sign for the item
- Item uncollected from your local depot
Alternatively you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.
